We at the Health Hut had been debating whether to build a website for our business for about 3 years. We ere quite apprehensive as there was not a one of us that had a working knowledge of setting one up or how to manage it once built. When I spoke with Joe, he assured me that he would handle all of the difficult steps involved in the design process and walk us through the steps in maintenance until we were fully confident in our ability to maintain the site on our own.

A few thoughts on Joe's work

During the beginning stages, my apprehension never improved. It took me months to get Joe the necessary information for him to begin the building of the site. He was very patient and allowed us to take all of the time we needed to choose the fonts, photos, content, etc. and change our mind many times along the way. The communication along the way involved dozens of emails, phone calls, and a few home visits with his intent always to meet our satisfaction.

We were very pleased with Joe's creativity - he was able to take our ideas, modify them if necessary and turn them in to workable concepts that helped to develop our site in to exactly what we need. Once the site was completely finished, Joe followed through on all he ad promised in instructing us to maintain the site. He took the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how simple or complex, encouraging us in our creativity alongn the way.

With the many choices there are on the market in website development, we are very pleased with the choice we made in Beiter Design and would recommend Joe without hesitation.
